The term "Weentard" stems from the terms "Ween" combined with "retard." Often times this term refers a person and/or being whose mental capacities have been seriously affected by (a) their knowledge/worship of the Boognish and/or Ween (b) repeated, excessive, and/or intensive listening experiences of Ween and/or (c) their obsession of Ween pushing them beyond the point of mental health and/or sanity.
